1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as you received it.
  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • The item must include all original accessories, manuals, and documentation (if applicable).

Note: Certain items, such as personal care products, cosmetics, or perishable goods, are not eligible for returns due to hygiene and safety concerns.


2. Return Process

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  2. Await Approval:
    Our team will review your request and provide instructions for returning the product.

  3. Ship the Item:
    Carefully pack the item and ship it to the address provided. Shipping costs for returning the item are your responsibility unless the return is due to an error on our part.


3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method or as store credit.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except for cases where the return is due to an error or a defective product.

4. Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged product, you may request an exchange instead of a refund. Exchanges are subject to product availability.


5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns or exchanges:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food items).
  • Personal care and hygiene products.
  • Customized or personalized items.
  • Items marked as “Final Sale.”

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide photos of the product and packaging to assist in resolving the issue quickly.


7. Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. Once the order is shipped, it cannot be canceled but can be returned following our standard return process.
